The Coalition has 8 standing committees which correspond regularly. Members can volunteer for any committee by contacting us through info@skateboardcoalition.mb.ca

Communications Committee supports public relations activities for the Coalition. Additions to our website are monitored by this committee.

Program Committee is a clearinghouse for our promoting programs across the province including skate camps and competitions.

Policy Development Committee maintains the Coalitions Bylaws and ensures the Coalition is politically correct when promoting skateboarding in Manitoba.

Membership Committee is responsible for encouraging and promoting the Coalition to individuals and businesses. Retention of and communication to members is very important to this committee.

Skatepark Development Committee is responsible for encouraging the development of indoor and outdoor skate areas to promote healthy, active living.

Fundraising Committee is responsible for sustaining the Coalition through a number of initiatives.

Girls Skate Competition was formed to organize an event being held every August  at The Plaza.

Heritage Committee is responsible for gathering photos, video & memorabilia to showcase Manitoba’s vast skateboarding history to the Public.
